Vtg Antique J & P Coats Sewing Thread Wooden Spools w/ Box U.S.A. "Collectible"

Description

11 wooden spools with thread and old store box as found.
On the box says: J & P (James and Peter) Coats USA, Boilfast, Mercerized Sewing, Sold  by The Spool Cotton Company, New York, Made in USA
Has a store tag on the back. Pomeroy's..... 0.5 cents. This thread came from Lancaster, PA.
Thread may not be original to the box...as found. Lots of times dry goods stores would combine half empty boxes of thread to save space.
Two black thread spools look to have weak threads. I find I cannot sew with old threads on my machine as the thread breaks. For hand sewing and best as a  collectible item.
The box shows wear especially at the corners but is intact.
