    Description

    This large-scale totem pole features a thunderbird with spread wings, inverted killer whale, bear and skull-like face. Stylistically, this pole points to a Squamish (Coast Salish) artist working in 1930s. The Squamish Nation are a Coast Salish people who occupy the territory in and around Vancouver, BC, north to the area near Whistler. This pole has an aesthetically pleasing weathered surface from spending some time outdoors.  59" x 35"
