    Description

ATLANTA CYCLORAMA and GRANT PARK ZOO, View-Master pkt  A921, copr 1970
. The Cyclorama, as I understand it, is a painting 50 feet high and 400 feet in circumference completed in the 1880s commemorating the Confederacy and the Civil War. (
Later, figures were added in front of the painting to give a 3d diorama effect.)
The highly detailed painted scenes depict the 1864 battle attempting (and failing) to protect Atlanta from the Northern Army under the command of William T. Sherman. The VM packet also includes scenes of the building, a historic locomotive, some cannon, and more. There's room left over for 8 or 9 scenes of some of Grant Park Zoo's residents and a cute miniature train.
    Packet

    This packet is a variant
: note the top left corner of the front of the packet and the lower right quadrant of the packet back:  both are missing the usual info about inclusion of a 16-page booklet.
    Reels
: light dust only. Colors are fine, no bubbling.
    Booklet
: like new, it's  full of info on the Cyclorama and the battle.
