(4) NOS 2000 SVT Ford Cobra R Mustang BFG g-Force T/A KD Tires EXTREMELY RARE!

You are bidding on set of four NOS BF Goodrich GForce KD 2000 Cobra R tires. I purchased this set for my 2000 Cobra R back in the early 2000's, as they went obsolete/out of production. I recently sold my Cobra R, and never installed these. Due to the fact that I drove and enjoyed my car, and it had some mileage on it, therefore I never installed these on my car so I am offering these for sale. I paid quite handsomely for these back in the day (hard to believe around 15 years ago!) and they have been in climate controlled storage every since. I drug them out of aforementioned storage a while back when I was putting away holiday decorations. If you are familiar with these cars and their tires, you will know that the tire compound was super soft and the tires were often found with minor cracking in the deep part of the tread when they still sat on showroom floors. These tires are no exception. While the cracks are extremely minor, and nearly impossible to see, I want to point them out. The other thing worthy of mention is the fact that it appears that I have one tire which is a duplicate. Since they are directional, and "sided" on has very small lettering on the outside which says "mount inside." Upon mounting and balancing, this would never be noticed, I want to point it out. I purchased these as a set back in the day and never noticed this until I was photographing them for this auction.
The tires themselves are extremely nice and devoid of any damage, and are most certainly NOT blems/mispicks/etc. The nibs are still in place on the tires as are the cross sectional mold/vulcanization lines as pictured. They are all dated '99 and '00 as the serial numbers and dates show.
This is the ONLY set of NOS Cobra R tires that I am aware of in the entire country. While there are likely other sets out there, these went obsolete fast towards the end, and I had to scramble to even acquire these. While the Cobra R's are still admittedly a bit light in the price department (don't get me started on what a bargain they are, in fact), once these cars catch traction in the coming years from a collector standpoint, items like NOS tires are going to make the difference between an "OK car" and a "amazing car." Here's your shot at one of the hardest NOS items to find for your 2000 Cobra R.
Pick up would be preferred but shipping can be arranged, if shipping is a concern, the best bet is to contact me prior to bidding to discuss the options that may exist and costs involved. Tires are not cheap to ship today. I have a freight company and a crate and truck freight shipping might make the most sense. Cash only at pick up...again, I prefer pick up! I often co-list some of my items on Columbus Ohio Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc and do my best to pull all auctions as soon as a sale occurs elsewhere.
I am not interested in lowball/way off asking price type of offers. I paid up for these almost 20 years ago, and they are not "eating" anything. Thanks and email with any questions.
